Participation fee

The participation fee for our training events is per participant and plus VAT. It is due within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. For classroom training events hosted by us, catering is included (lunch, coffee breaks). Other costs (accommodation, parking fees, costs incurred at the participant’s end for data transmission during webinars, etc.) are not included.

Additional terms of use/ GTC for webinars

A webinar is an online training event, transmitted by IP technology.

It is the participant’s responsibility to meet the technological requirements at their end (e.g. personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection, up to date browser version, speakers, microphone or headset), so that they are able to take part in the webinar. Failure or downtime in the technology which is within the participant’s responsibility does not release them of their contractual obligation to pay the participation fee.

As all training content and documentation, webinar content and documentation are protected by copyright too and can only be accessed by registered participants. The access link to a webinar must not be given to third parties or made accessible to the public. It is prohibited to produce screenshots or recordings (audio/video) of a Webinar.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation by the participant can be made free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event by written declaration. After that, the full participation fee is due.

A replacement participant can be named at any time without additional Charge.

Legal reservation

Regnology reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at short notice in case of a low number of participants or cancellation of speakers or similar reasons.

In the case of cancellation, Regnology will refund any registration fees, that have already been paid.

In the case of a postponement, the participant is entitled to cancel the participation free of charge. No further claims exist.

Programs may be subject to change.

Any liability is excluded except in cases of intent and gross negligence.

Note on Covid19

We would like to remind you that there is still a certain risk of contracting the Corona virus. As it is your free decision to participate in the event, we would like to point out and ask for your understanding that Regnology does not accept any liability in case you become infected with the virus and fall ill following your participation.

Data protection provisions

Regnology Germany GmbH uses the data collected in the context of this registration or the event in accordance with the legal regulations for the purpose of carrying out the services as well as sending information about the event and to send you information via mail about own offers or offers from Group companies.

If you are our customer, we will also inform you by email within the applicable legal limits about our offers, which are similar to the services you use. In addition, we use your data as far as you have given us your consent.

You can object to the use of your data for the purpose of advertising in the online registration, via telephone, email or fax at any time.
